The Olyra app is published by Olyra Health LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17142404. By downloading and using the Olyra app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Olyra is a nutrition and well-being tracking mobile app available on iOS. It lets users track their meals, vitamins, dietary supplements and health goals.

The information provided by Olyra is for information only and is never medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalised medical advice.

3. Creating an account

To use Olyra, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
  • Try to get around its security measures.
  • Copy, distribute or commercially exploit the app's content without permission.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

5. Intellectual property

The Olyra app, its design, source code, trademarks and all of its content are the exclusive property of Olyra Health LTD. Any reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Availability of the service

We do our best to keep Olyra available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional maintenance may be needed.

7. Limitation of liability

Olyra cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app, or for decisions made on the basis of the information it displays.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published in the app. Continuing to use Olyra means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where Olyra Health LTD is registered. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you live in another country, including in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
