Managing your data

1. Data we collect
Olyra only collects the data needed for the service to work:
- Account data: name, email address, date of birth (optional).
- Nutrition data: logged meals, calorie and nutrient intake, scanned foods.
- Health data: vitamins and supplements tracked, reminders set, personal goals (weight, energy, etc.).
- Technical data: device type, iOS version, anonymised error logs.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the nutrition and well-being tracking features.
- To personalise your recommendations and your dashboard.
- To send the reminders and notifications you have turned on.
- To improve the app through anonymised usage analysis.
- To keep the service secure and stable.
3. Storage and security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. It is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties. Only the data strictly needed to provide the service is kept.
4. How long we keep it
- Active account: data kept for as long as you use the app.
- After your account is deleted: permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Technical logs: kept for 90 days for debugging, then deleted.
5. Your rights (UK GDPR and GDPR)
Under the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Access: get a full copy of your data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): ask for your data to be deleted.
- Portability: receive your data in a readable format (JSON or CSV).
- Objection: object to certain processing (for example usage analysis).
- Restriction: ask for processing to be paused temporarily.

6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account directly in the Olyra app from Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes all your data within 30 days.

7. Cookies and trackers
The Olyra mobile app does not use cookies. This website only uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (including remembering your language), with no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Olyra Health LTD, registered in England and Wales, is the controller of your data. If a dispute is not resolved, you can complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk, or, if you live in the European Union, to the authority in your country, such as the CNIL in France at cnil.fr.
